Tweenagers lose their shiz this weekend as another Disney actress-turned-pop star makes an appearance at—where else?—the House of Blues in Anaheim. Emily has managed to maintain her good girl image, so let's just hope that although this teen cutie hangs out with a bad crowd (starring alongside Miley Cyrus in Hannah Montana and singing vocals on a track with Billy Ray), she'll be smart enough to know that, no, all the cool kids are definitely not doing that.
