What You Missed: Sushi Eating Festival, MMA, New Found Glory, Swallows Parade

On Sunday, the battle was on: Contestants attempted to down as much sushi as they could at RA Sushi's Maki Madness in Huntington Beach. Winner, winner, winner: Jed! Jed won a year's worth of free sushi. Good for you, Jed. Good for you. See all the photos by Christopher

On Friday night, an MMA fight titled Collision in the Cage took place at the Bren Events Center in Irvine. The main event featured a bout between Antonio McKee and Rodrigo Ruiz, but the night also featured Giva Santana, Looune Sincaid, Mauro Chimento, Jesse Juarez and more. Then on Saturday was the annual Swallows Day Parade in San Juan Capistrano, which celebrates the return of the swallows to San Juan Capistrano. The parade happens right in downtown San Juan Capistrano and is the nation's largest non-motorized parade. Click here for the photos.
