Update, Jan. 12, 11:12 a.m.: Steve Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment has gone ahead and made Octomom's $450,000 home payment to landlord Amer Haddadin, according to a report from TMZ.
With the payment handled, Nadya Suleman and her 14 children won't be on the streets in the immediate future, but that doesn't mean she still will–and shouldn't–skip out on the financial advice from Suze Orman on Oprah Winfrey's show on Friday.
The payment was only part of what is owed on the la Habra home.
Update, Dec. 30, 12:16 p.m.: Vivid Entertainment owner Steve Hirsch does not appear to be done with offering favors to Octomom Nadya Suleman.

A couple days ago, Hirsch offered to make the $450,000 balloon payment to Suleman's landloard, Amer Haddadin, saving Suleman from eviction. The payment was due today and Suleman declined Hirsch's offer. With Suleman appearing not willing or able to make the payment, the house may soon be available for sale.
And Haddadin may already have a buyer: Hirsch.
If he succeeds in purchasing the home, Hirsch has indicated he won't force Suleman and her 14 children out of the house, or coerce Suleman into a porn flick, as he'd initially tried to do. Hirsch, however, has indicated that he would like Suleman working for Vivid in some capacity. What role exactly? That's yet to be shared with the public.
Update, Dec. 28, 3:30 p.m.: Octomom Nadya Suleman and her 14 children may not be going anywhere. Steve Hirsch, owner of the adult-entertainment company Vivid Entertainment, is continuing his recruitment of Suleman–for acting or otherwise— offering to make the $450,000 payment owed on her La Habra home, according to a TMZ report.
Original Post, Dec. 27, 7:00 a.m.: It could happen, considering the message she got from her landlord:
“Happy holidays, Ms. Suleman–now take your 14 children and get out!”
Well, that's how the Weekly imagines the message Suleman received from Amer Haddadin, the owner of her La Habra home. She has an extended deadline of December 31 for making a balloon payment of $450,000 of the more than $1 million owed and promised to Haddadin, according to the landowner. The balloon payment was initially owed by October 9.
If a substantial payment is not made–and Haddadin isn't expecting there to be–by January 3, Haddadin will unleash his lawyer, who's ready and waiting to pursue a lawsuit and eviction proceedings.
Haddadin has said that he believes Suleman has the money, but refuses to make the payment.
The mother of many has lived in the four-bedroom home for two years and has been making $4,000 monthly payments.
The initial loan agreement was between Suleman's father, Ed Doud, the then-deed owner, and Haddidan. According to a Los Angeles Times story, the payment extension came because the homeowner took pity on Doud, a fellow Arab. Haddidan is Jordanian, and Doud is Palestinian. Doud transfered ownership to Haddadin and Suleman in August.
Now, the end of the arrangement is in sight.
