Flowery, contemplative album reviews are nice, but when it comes to finding hilarious music criticism on the go, nothing tops Twitter. After all, when people only have 140 characters to spend, they tend to get right to the point. So we browsed through endless feeds to see what people are saying about the albums that dropped this week. Here's what the Twitterverse had to say about Snoop Lion, Will.i.am, Phoenix and more:

Will.i.am's album is ahead of cudi's on itunes… What a truly messed up world we live in twitter.com/roseotm/status…
— thecudikid (@roseotm) April 24, 2013
Will.i.am ahead of Cudi?! What is going on in the world?! That is definitely more messed up than domestic terrorism; or the natural gas industry contaminating our water supply; or Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom combined! You are what is wrong with the world, Will.i.am fans.
Snoop Dogg changed his name to Snoop Lion and says he's Bob Marley reincarnated, proving you can actually overdose on marijuana.

Another brilliantly snarky observation, Jenny. We predict SNL will want to hire you as a writer for their Weekend Update segment. Replacing writers with twitter-famous writers is so 2013.
BREAKING: Snoop blabbed about Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's alleged breakup. Now the media is more focused on the breakup than Snoop's new album. That sucks.
Y'all really need to cop Fantasia's “Side Effects Of You”. GREAT ALBUM!
— Bow Down To Teesus (@HausOfTee) April 24, 2013
We couldn't pass up this tweet by someone calling herself “Bow Down To Teesus”. According to her, we should all steal the album. Tisk tisk, y'all. We think Teesus should review every album. Her rant about K. Michelle's album made us smile:

How did so many people sleep on The Veils when there was so little great rock music coming out in the last ten years? spin.com/articles/veils…
— Lucrative Trillion (@Arr) April 6, 2013
We slept pretty soundly because we still listen to 90s alt rock to curb our rock fix. Lucrative Trillion brings up a good point: the industry is lacking solid rock acts and that makes us both sad and hopeful. We predict grunge rock is going to make a comeback after this indie music wave subsides… we hope.
“@blacksabbathweb: Amusing review of Queensryche Frequency Unknown: gunshyassassin.com/reviews/tatery… “. Terrible cd sounds horrible. @fakegeofftate

We are so glad you summarized that lengthy review for us in four words on twitter so we didn't have to actually read the review you linked. #timesaved Now can you summarize this season of Mad Men for us?
if you haven't heard the new phoenix album bankrupt! yet then what are you even doing with your life

Oh, y'know, working for living. Reading asinine tweets and reposting them online. Important stuff.
