Whew! They've been doing this at their Corona locale for the last few years already, so this is old hat for TAPS. And if you're questioning the food, well, we've got that list as well. Chef Manuel Gonzalez planned a pairing menu resembling a mini global street fair.

“Chinatown” – Crunchy lobster dumplings
“New Orleans” – Bananas foster topped banana bread pudding (Note: Only dessert option)
“Cuba” – Mojo marinated chicken skewers
“Hawaii” – General Store: Spam musubi (YES!), kalua pork, mac salad, chicken katsu
“Italy” – Salami & Capicola stromboli
“Mexico” – Picadillo tostada
“Middle East” – Shawerma
“Japan” – Crispy rice fried calamari
“Thailand” – Banana leaf wrapped swai
“Milwaukee” – Classic bratwurst
“Chicago” – Windy City dog
“Los Angeles” – LA dog

We strongly recommend walking shoes and sunscreen this weekend, because all that drinking will eventually catch up with you. We will be somewhere between Hawaii and the Middle East, drinking something refreshing from Pizza Port.
