Spend the afternoon learning about Chinese culture with this hands-on art workshop. Award-winning professional artist (not to mention member of California Art Club and advisor to both the Chinese Arts Society of Southern California and the Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Association) Jack J. Liang leads this class, one of four, that focuses on the ancient and elegant process of Chinese brush painting. Following demonstrations by Mr. Liang, students practice the basic elements of Chinese painting starting with plants and flowers. No experience necessary.
