There's just enough time for a little more Q & A with Eddie.
Read our interview with Eddie Choi of Milk + Honey, part one.
And now, on to part two . . .
Hardest lesson you've learned.
Never be lazy. Do what you got to do, and don't move it to tomorrow. There's always consequences to what you do, good or bad.

Last song playing on your radio:
Foster the People, Coming of Age.
For a small space, Milk + Honey has fantastic atmosphere. Who designed the patio?
The frame of the patio and plants were designed by the landlord of the mall. He is a designer.
Describe the difference in clientele from morning to night.
In the morning, I see a lot of businesspeople heading to work, people who finished doing yoga and people from Greenpeace. Then during the day, I see lots of high school kids from Corona del Mar, Mater Dei High School and others. Finally, at night I see a lot of couples having dates and college students coming to hang out.
What would you be doing if you weren't in this business?
Probably working as a business consultant.
Where did you grow up?
I was born in LA and grew up in Seoul, Korea and Los Angeles. I came to Orange County because it's more calm and quite beautiful.
When you're not in the shop, what are you doing in your free time?
I like to jog or sit in a park for some quiet time to clear my mind. That helps with the stress.
Where do you like to go jogging?
I usually just jog around my neighborhood in Tustin Ranch.
What's your favorite childhood memory?
Going to Big Bear Mountain with family and friends.
Where did you attend culinary school?
I went to a culinary school in Seoul called Dosan, and a small culinary school in LA. But honestly, I really didn't learn much in those schools I learned much more in restaurant kitchens with other chefs than in those schools.
Last thing you looked up online:
I searched for a new location to open the second Milk + Honey.
Is there anything you'd like readers to know that we haven't asked?
I always get asked when I'm opening another one. Well, I'm looking into a couple of places I might open.
And thank you for being loyal customers and loving Milk + Honey. I really appreciate it. I will always try my best to keep the standard high and keep customers happy.
