On the Line: Chris Brodeur of Tangata, Part Two

With upcoming changes to their menu (like dinner options and happy hour), there's always something to discuss.

Read our interview with Chris Brodeur of Tangata, part one.
And now, on to part two . . .

Hardest lesson learned:
Don't ask an angry chef something twice!

Do you have any skills that are not food-related?

Yes, I know how to landscape, play music and make people laugh.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. I came this way for work, but still live in LA county.

Last song playing on your radio:
Good Guys (Don't Wear White) by Minor Threat.

What would you be doing if you weren't in the industry?
Never really thought about that. Something outdoors– a professional fisherman!

Last thing you looked up online:
Vacation ideas.

Last movie watched.
Last movie I watched was Four Rooms. Bizarre . . .

When you're not in the kitchen, what are you doing in your free time?
Gardening, vinyl hunting, fishing, shooting, and of course, eating.

Is there anything you'd like readers to know about Tangata?
