Apparently, not everyone wants to look like Barbie. HorrorPops lead singer/bassist Patricia Day has filed a lawsuit in Indiana District Court against toy manufacturer Mattel for stealing her stylish “rocker” look. She claimed that the “Hard Rock Barbie” released last year is based on her Hell Yeah album cover and that the doll is a spitting image of herself.
