Irvine-based loan modification firm, United Law Group, was raided this afternoon by the FBI and Irvine Police.
The firm describes itself on its website as one of the largest class action litigation firms in the country, though they only list one attorney– Robert Buscho. His partner, Sean Rutledge, surrendered his license last year after the California Bar Association began an investigation into 16 attorneys statewide, all for loan modification disservice. Buscho was also named in that investigation.
No word yet on whether any arrests were made.
