My new favorite farmers' market took a temporary break last week to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. However, DTSA is back this afternoon with a few more members to their growing family. Below is a summary of the new tenants.
Almond Kulture will be offering organic, unpasteurized, non-GMO almond milk in flavors like horchata, cafe latte, plain and chocolate. In addition, granola is produced from the spent almond, plus almond flour and almond meal.

M. Greenwood Jams is a mother-daughter operation producing small batch preserves from locally sourced ingredients. Flavors include pear lime infused with tarragon, mango mule with cointreau and a lemon sage mustard.
(New Restaurant Alert) Boldo is a 'slow fast food' bowl restaurant opening this month at 305-105 E 4th Street in Santa Ana. To promote their business, they are hosting a produce booth and will be available to discuss how you can become a certified grower.
Rounding out the newbies of the week, India Express is a vendor of– you guessed it, Indian entrees. Selling fresh naan, saag paneer and curries of all kinds, they will have these and more for sale.
On a side note: Silk screener Hailey Villa will be on site providing the means in which to print up and personalize your own t-shirt (bring your own tee) at $5 a pop.
