Cismontane Brewing Teams With Pizzeria Ortica For Pairing Dinner

Chef Justin Miller's love of brews was evident in his recent On the Line interview. In his second installment (the first was with the Bruery), Miller teams up with Cismontane Brewery out of Rancho Santa Margarita for a seasonal pairing dinner this Wednesday. Tickets are still available for $70. If you're not sure about spending such cashola, check out the menu below.


First Course:
Local oysters, lemon granita, pickled fennel, black pepper
Paired with: Icon Sender

Bread and lardo
Paired with: Vienna

Second Course:
Warm fregola, roasted acorn squash, escarole, Calabrian chilis, yellow beets, mint salsa verde
Paired with: Saison

Orechiette, fennel sausage, rapini, chilis, Pecorino
Paired with: Coulter I.P.A.

Whole roasted Mary's chicken, bread salad, baby mustard greens, lemon
Paired with: Greyhound

Banana panettone bread pudding, chocolate sauce, peanut butter gelato
Paired with: Black's Dawn
