Chris Cornell Talks Longevity, In Illustrated Form

It's hard to believe Soundgarden's Superunknown has reached its 20th birthday. To celebrate the milestone of the album that spawned mega hits like 'Black Hole Sun,' 'Spoonman' and 'Fell on Black Days', the band is releasing a variety of 20th Anniversary edition box sets on June 3.

You can win a Superunknown Super Deluxe Edition and Autographed Vinyl Set via loudwire.com. The contest ends May 14.

Soundgarden will touring with NIN (a perfect pairing) across the U.S. throughout July and August. The tour will begin in Las Vegas on July 19, span a total of 23 venues, and end at the Hollywood Bowl on August 25.

Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell has said in interviews that his next solo album will be acoustic, which has us excited. (Remember his bewitching rendition of 'I Will Always Love You' at an Obama fund-raising even in 2012? So good). Here's what Cornell had to say about longevity in both his personal life and career.
