He cooked up multiple sold-out appearances last year at Nieuport 17's Aviation pop-up dinners. And now, Boufford is making rounds on the chef demo circuit.
His "Seasoning Secrets of a European Kitchen" talk will feature discussion on the differences between domestic and international spice racks. Boufford will show attendees healthy and flavorful seasonings everyone can create. And afterwards, you can head home and put it to use on your farmers market bounty.
