So you want to get your 420 on this weekend? Here’s a list of herb-centric events happening in SoCal that’ll immerse you in the blossoming, smoky community. Just remember: You must be at least 21-years-old to attend these events (unless stated otherwise) and have a valid doctors recommendation if it involves medicating. CannaVibes 420 Smoke Party
This is a BYOCannabis event! Arrive sober and leave lifted. You can expect medicated drinks, food, wax at the dab bar, live music and loads of vendors. For more information it’s recommended you check out the event. You must be 21-years-old to attend.

Friday Night Sesh
This event takes place every Friday and is focused on bringing lots of quality meds to those in attendance. You can expect to enjoy medicated and non-medicated munchies, meet the people behind your favorite canna-products and smoke with the 420 nurses. The vibe is community-oriented and you only have to be 18 years old to attend– obviously a doctors recommendation is required.

#NOBRAKES Party 2
This 420 party is for the trap music lover. If you’re into cannabis-friendly spaces with loud bass-y hiphop / electronic drum beats, this event was made for you. There will be food, booze and good times to be had by all– as long as you’re 21-years or older. The NOBRAKES party is a private event, so you must purchase your ticket prior to the event. Address will be given to ticket holders only.

Paint and Smoke
Using cannabis enables masterpieces to be made! If you miss Friday’s 420 paint event, you can catch this one. If you bring grams of cannabis and good vibes, your ticket will reward you with: art supplies, drinks, good music, a place to vape and a designated smoking area to enjoy flower. There are only 20 spots available for this event, so it’s going to be intimate. There is a $5 deposit at ticket purchase to ensure you’ll show up. If you do, the $5 will be returned. If not, it will go to the paint and smoke funds.

Drinkin’ Smokin’ & West Coastin’
The Think Tank is putting together a monthlong series of art and events. You can expect these performances: “Ray-Mart” a satirical Ktown liquor store by Ray Young Chu; Ash Santos interactive Pizza Box Police Chase RC car track; Interactive LED “turf war” mirror chamber by Stephen Linsley with support from Nanoleaf; Telephone wire “cloud of sneakers” installation with support from Vans and custom sneakers by Sink or Swim; ’90s newsreel tube TV lounge by Danny Heidner; Low rider mural by Teddy Kelly; Bloody Gums “LA Is Still Trying to Kill Me” project gallery; Func.ART Glass Gallery; a DMV Dive Bar by Dino Nama and Danny Heidner; and Nina Palomba sculptural painting installation. Expect good vibes, weird times and a good night.

Self Care Sunday
Pamper yourself this weekend! Trickle into your yoga session during cocktail hour. You will be greeted with a Freshly Squeezed CBD Juice and an adult happy meal, which includes a vegetarian bag lunch and some cannabis treats. Yoga will be the main activity and it will be geared towards exercising the body and spirit, while relaxing the mind. Gift bags will be given to all in attendance!

Selfish: A Sunday Self Care Daytime Dance Party
This is a multi-room choose your own adventure event. In other words, the world is your oyster! There will be 420-friendly dance party, massage, tarot, and modalities to stimulate your physical, spiritual and emotional needs. The first dance session starts at 12:30 and will begin with a group stretching session. Then its four hours of non-stop movement to release and celebrate the body. Lizzy Jeff will have a Zen & Kush lounge where the plush 420 vibes will bring out the mystic in you. There will be vegan soul food, non-alcoholic beverages and yerba mate.
