We're back with another Valentine's suggestion, because nothing says, “I put some thought into it!” than something artsy. In addition to their late night Love Bites Menu on Valentine's Day, Chef Ross Pangilinan has been cooking up playful multi-course menus to go along with Segerstrom's performing arts season. You've got the setting and meal; all that's left is entertainment.
If you're a child of the 80's, the first half of February is all about Dirty Dancing. Their retro soundtrack and romantic theme guarantees an enamored date. Pair with a Leatherby's dinner (and lots of wine). Done and done. Can't make Valentine's? That's easy. Surprise your squeeze with tickets to a future production and book a matching reservation. The best part: you don't need to move your car between dinner and the show.

However, when we inquired about Dirty Dancing, Ross showed us the Hungry Eyes main course pictured. Boneless beef short rib and natural jus, Yukon gold potato puree, king trumpet mushrooms, cipollini onion and herb tempura. Gulp.
