Best Tattoo Parlor

With new tattoo parlors popping up on every corner, it’s hard to judge which of the hundreds is technically the best. But Gold Rush Tattoo is one of OC’s few shops with actual history; owner Colin Dowling can tell you stories for days about the legendary artists who have come in and out of the shop. Current artists Joel Bones, Lindsey Carmichael, Brynne Palmer and Marc Jackson are each masters of their own styles, with enough diversity and experience to handle just about any tattoo you could want. As an added bonus, the shop offers weekly Walk-In Saturdays, so you don’t even have to make an appointment to get inked by some stellar artists.
