Unlike the vegetarian samosas at most Indian restaurants, which tend to be served in pairs and are on the fluffy, scorching-hot, somewhat-greasy side, those at Niki's Tandoori Express' are swollen, baseball-sized mounds of starchy bliss—no grease, no regret. Just don't order two of them; that'd be a stand-alone meal. They go great with the spicy tandoori-chicken lunch special, complete with rice, raita and a side of baked-on-demand nan.
