We started counting the varieties on Eva's rum list, which blows away most high-end restaurants' wine lists, and we got to 100 when we realized we were only half way down the list and, frankly, getting thirsty. We recommend ordering a glass of her famous Tropical Rum Punch or one of the tantalizing Brown Suga cocktails—or just sip from a selection of tastings if you fancy yourself a purist. We've never left there anywhere near sober. As the saying goes, “Time flies when you're having rum!”
