If you're the kind of carnivore who views a large menu as a long checklist, Quan Minh Ky is the place for you. It's a (small) step up from the usual no-frills eatery in Little Saigon, but the menu reads as though it's a Noah's Ark of delicious meat. Alongside the usual chicken, beef, pork, shrimp and fish are squid, periwinkles, venison and occasionally goat; do your part to keep the population of various delicious animals in check.
