Best Garlic Shrimp

Unlike most Mexican restaurants, which tend to translate camarones al mojo de ajo as garlic-butter shrimp, Enrique's serves this delectable meal with an absurd amount of roasted garlic that isn't drowning in grease. You'll need an extra order of tortillas to wrap around the eight Goliath shrimp—not to mention the rice and beans—that come with the meal. Ask for a side of habanero salsa, and use the tip of a chip to scoop up a tiny drop of the fiery stuff for each mouth-watering pouch. Although this fantastic meal isn't listed on the menu, it's often offered as a special—and always available to those in the know.
