Michael Schepers opened a juice bar in a faceless Irvine corporate building, then decided to start making burgers on a whim. Soon, crazy Yelp kids and foodies in this burger-starved county began making pilgrimages to his tiny Mick's Karma Bar, to the point that Schepers was making hundreds of burgers per day.
