You're the neighbor who keeps your poor dog on a small patio all day while you go to work (or wherever else you go for hours at a time). Your dog is lonely. It barks all day—ALL DAY. I know other neighbors have complained—but it's not the dog's fault; it's yours. You're an irresponsible pet owner who is neglecting a sweet animal who depends on you. And it's really pissing everybody off for multiple reasons. Contact a doggie day care, or I'm going to call animal-protection services.
