If you didn't already notice, our team praises the lard. We have no qualms about pig roasts, processed pork, flavored booze or personal care products infused with the stuff. Okay, maybe the booze. One recurring topic we find ourselves stalking reporting is our resident Bacon Vixen, Tara Simon. Her indulgent treats garnered television appearances and a demand she had to meet.
She found her answer within a storefront off Tustin Avenue in Orange, and the grand opening was on Sunday. Her pseudo timeshare is also shared by food-centric entities Front Porch Pops and Rancho To Go BBQ.

As Ms. Simon says,
“This is very exciting stuff because I am now able to make bacon desserts that I normally could not ship, such as my homemade bacon ice creams, bacon cookies, bacon tarts, bacon caramel corn and SO MUCH MORE!”
We couldn't be more thrilled. You bet future dessert cravings/birthday treats/suck up for a favor presents will be sourced from The Sticky Pig. Oh, and our chilly treat pictured? It's whiskey bacon ice cream sandwiched between a couple of French toast cookies. Stop drooling.
