Flowery, contemplative album reviews are nice, but when it comes to finding amusing music criticism on the go, nothing tops Twitter. After all, when people only have 140 characters to spend, they tend to get right to the point. So we browsed through endless feeds to see what people are saying about the albums that dropped this week. Here's what the Twitterverse had to say about Black Sabbath, CSS and Beady Eye.
In honor of the new Black Sabbath album, I am going to shotgun some Ensures and snort some crushed up Centrum Silvers.

Will you have an album release when you're in your 60s after having been a member of a successful rock group that was inducted in The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? Nope, you'll just be old. That sucks.
New Black Sabbath album, first with Ozzy for 35 years, sounds like it could have been released after the first album. Superb.

Studio magic has come a long way. We're just happy to see old rockers still rocking.
New CSS album out today. That band kicks arse. Hit's Me Like a Rock is my favorite of the new jams -S

Wow, an endorsement from The Bravery!
NOTE: If you think about… The Bravery sounds like the male hipster version version of CSS. Weird.
CSS – Planta: It may sound chaotic, but this is a song bursting with ideas and a welcome antidote to the bland… bit.ly/14IayDh

This review nails it. We're totally digging the new album. Play it poolside on repeat.

Ohmygosh. You're tweeting this from third period study hall, aren't you?!
Liam Gallagher threatens to “quit music if the second Beady Eye album flops.” C'mon folks, all we gotta do is nothing!

HAHAHAHA. Look on the bright side, this album will provide new opportunities for Liam to do what he loves best: talk about Oasis.
