A Place at the Table

Last year, “food” was added to the list of dirty four-letter words that when spoken by FLOTUS, was a sure sign that the socialist-atheist-baby killer-brigade was making strategic moves into even more coveted American freedoms, eliciting a nation-wide cry of “give me my double-bacon cheeseburger or give me death!” by people who’ll have diabetes and heart disease in about three years. But food ruins your life in more ways than just enabling binge-eating – it’s also directly linked to poverty. Directors Kristi Jacobson and Lori Silverbush give you the dish on why starving people are fat and why this generation will die way sooner than all of those awesome centenarians who’re still holding on from 1913. And just to prove this isn’t a lot of bunk, Jeff Bridges is their call-to-action guy—and you know you don’t ever diss The Dude.
