What do racing and the best pizza in Orange County have in common? Nothing, unless you put world-champion jet skier Frank Romero together with a self-proclaimed authentic New York pizza man, Lou Scotto. These two have joined together for a volatile mix of arguments, bickering and truly authentic New York food. Their food will truly jump in your face. The calzones are so huge they can feed a small country, and the pasta plates are so tasty you would think mama is in the kitchen. They have mama's recipes, but the only mama in the kitchen is Lou.
