A kick-off to summer, the WTRX Ultimate Pool Party will begin with a 60-minute WTRX class, a workout unlike any other in the pool. The ultimate water training bootcamp, WTRX is an intense full-body workout that is low impact yet challenging. Following the class, guests will enjoy a poolside social with food and drinks provided by Life Time’s on-site LifeCafe.
