The baguette is formidable, providing a trustworthy bind without reducing the experience to a mouthful of bread. Pry it open and you'll see the carrots stringing through red pork like sinewy veins. The parsley tangles with jalapeño circles providing that watershed bánh mì moment: when you hit the pepper and it overwhelms your senses in a flavorful non sequitur.
