KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas 2013 first night included New Politics, Grouplove, Cage the Elephant, Arctic Monkeys, AFI, Queens of the Stone Age, Vampire Weekend, and Kings of Leon. This was the first year the event took place at The Shrine due to Gibson closing its doors. Several members of KROQ were present to celebrate including Kevin & Bean, and Dr. Drew.
