I was nice and asked to take a brief look at the Bus Book so I could find out her next connection so she wouldn't have to walk far after midnight. You said I couldn't, even though I told you why and that the customer-information center is closed after 8 p.m. You said I'd have to pay for it, or you'd consider it stolen—all this on the night before Christmas Eve! Maybe you and your OCTA supervisors should give up some pay to cover that “loss of funding,” instead of giving your passengers high rates and more fees! You guys are sounding more and more like Scrooge, picking on us Bob Cratchits.
