Zack de la Rocha's One Day As A Lion is joining the already-stellar line up of human rights activist Dolores Huerta's 80th birthday, at a benefit concert at the Greek Theatre tomorrow.
One Day As A Lion, which takes all the energy of Rage Against the Machine and brings it out in a percussive, hip-hop duo, consists of de la Rocha and drummer Jon Theodore (of The Mars Volta). They're joining musical giants Carlos Santana, Pete Escovedo and Lila Downs.

Dolores Huerta is a labor activist who worked with the late Cesar Chavez to organize and run the United Farm Workers; her achievements are terribly impressive. The event, called “Weaving Movements Together,” will help raise funds for the Dolores Huerta Foundation. (Tickets can be found here.)
