The unidentified woman found dead on West Ball Road in Anaheim Tuesday night was surrounded by a large pool of blood.
However, the female, who appears to have been 30 to 50 years old, could have still died of natural causes, according to Anaheim Police Sgt. Bob Dunn, the department spokesman.

“We have not ruled out the possibility that the death was caused by a medical condition,” Dunn reportedly told City News Service of the ongoing investigation.
She was pronounced dead at the scene in front of an apartment complex in the 2000 block of West Ball Road after 9:20 p.m. Tuesday.
The death was originally reported in the original post linked below, but we're breaking the Anaheim death out separately so it will be easier to track updates.
