The title of this post says it all. A woman in Savannah, Georgia decided enough was enough. She got the wrong order at a Chinese restaurant, tried to get her money back, and then called 911 to complain when the restaurant allegedly refuses to give it to her.

The most surprising thing about the call is that the 911 operator on the other end seemed to be cool about the improper use of the emergency line. She takes her name, the address and sends a cop out.
Is that part of the training? Might there be a rule that you shall not deny any caller his or her emergency, be it life threatening or kung pao chicken related?
