Is Newport Beach's Bill Gross ready to throw some of his big bucks at Ron Paul? With PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel having donated $2.6
million of the $3.4 million Endorse Liberty has raised since the pro-Paul SuperPAC's Dec. 20 creation, a money watcher wonders if Gross–the co-founder of Pacific Investment Management (PIMCO) and manager of the Newport Beach firm's $252.2 billion Total Return Fund–will be the next to break out his checkbook.
