A national figure gave a ringing endorsement this morning to Prop 19, the Nov. 2 ballot initiative that would legalize marijuana in California. No, this is not a reference to George Soros, the multibillionaire liberal sugar daddy who this week announced he was donating $1 million to help pass Prop 19, which he endorsed as “a major step forward.”

“I'm high on that,” Snoop Dogg said before going on to promote whatever he's up to now on the KTLA Morning News today.
