Update: Glen Campbell's wife, who was previously named conservator of the Alzheimer's disease-stricken singer, will now also serve as his guardian in a lawsuit filed against him by a production house, a court commissioner in Los Angeles ruled. Record Company alleges in its suit that its representatives contracted with Campbell in June 2011 to work with producer/director James Keach on the documentary Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me but was excluded from participating. Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Robert Harrison named Kim Campbell to the guardian role earlier this month. Married to the 79-year-old singer since October 1982, Kim Campbell and her children with the music legend play prominent roles in Keach's film, which rolled during the 2014 Newport Beach Film Festival and will be shown on CNN Sunday night.

Man in His 40s Stabbed to Death in Costa Mesa
Update: Maricela Raye Gomez-Lee, 50, of Santa Ana, was arrested Wednesday in Lake Elsinore in connection with the May 30 stabbing death of Floriberto Villasenor Cortes, who was found bleeding on a residential lawn in the 2900 block of Peppertree Lane in Costa Mesa. The 44-year-old later died at a local hospital. Gomez-Lee is suspected of being an accessory to murder, according to a Costa Mesa Police statement that does not disclose her relationship to Cortes nor her role in his death, citing the ongoing investigation. She was being held on $1 million bail.
