Masterminded by Street Kitchen chef Mark Jankel, The Gory Gourmet serves up dishes for “zombies on the go,” including The Big Brain Burger made of English calf brains, Feet and Thyroid Nuggets (pig's feet and cow thyroid with herb mayo) and Skewered Hearts (grilled beef heart skewers with horseradish mayo). Perfect for post-apocalyptic foodies.
