A spot between the Humanities Building and Education classrooms at Cal State Fullerton is the fortunate site of a one-of-a-kind service in California: a clerk-less convenience store.
Actually, it's Shop24's first vending machine stocked with convenience store items on the West Coast.

CSUF's Daily Titan has the scoop.
The 8-foot-tall machine holds up to 175 different
products, including snacks, cleaning supplies, over-the-counter medications and even full meals. Of course, it can't be a true convenience store unless the product lineup includes Funyuns, Slim Jims and Slushies.
Oh, and don't forget the 12-packs (unless campus security frowns upon such, uh, study aids).
Actually, this idea that started in Europe, hopped the Pond to the East Coast and has now Lewis N Clarked its way here makes me jealous. We had to shlep to Clete's in San Dimas for our convenience store essentials during college. And 7 Elevens were only open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. back in those days.
So, congrats, Titans. One question, tho: which button on the machine do Stop N Robbers push? After all, gotta explore all career options out that will be left now that convenience store clerks are being phased out.
