I was one of the many people who were mesmerized by the revelation of that YouTube clip this past weekend. It's one of those slap-your-forehead moments that makes you say, “Why didn't I think of that before?”

Since I happen to be baking up another batch of croissant bread pudding anyway, I tried it and recorded it for posterity.
Why?
Because uploading videos on YouTube is easier than separating eggs…that is, until now.
Previously, I just cracked the eggs into my hand and let the white slip through my fingers.
Now with apologies to Adam and Jamie at Mythbusters, I can CONFIRM that this method works brilliantly….not that there was any doubt.
