[UPDATED, WITH NEW CLUES] Guess Where I Ate, Win a Prize!

UPDATED: Okay, since no one has guessed it correctly, I'll name the dish: it's called the Taco Perrón, and it's served by a lonchera that switches locations with Ruben's Tacos y Mulitas in SanTana every day. Just name the lonchera, and you win–now, WIN!!!

ORIGINAL POST: This is a taco–a big-ass taco. It's served from a lonchera I once wrote about, but whose name I got wrong–the name I gave as the lonchera was actually the name of the taco.

Gentle readers: What is the name of this taco, and what's the name of the lonchera that serves it? The correct answer must nail both the taco and lonchera  in the same comment. One guess (of two parts) per comment, and no Weeklings allowed. Now, guess, damn you — GUESS!!!
