[UPDATED with More Nuttiness:] Birthers Queen Orly Taitz Pisses Off Yet Another Federal Judge

UPDATED, JULY 26, 4:15 P.M.: Another day, another federal judge Queen of the Birthers Orly Taitz has managed to piss off.

The latest is District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth, who wrote of the Laguna Niguel dentist/lawyer/real-estate saleswoman–in a ruling dated Monday–“Plaintiff is either toying with the Court or displaying her own stupidity.”
]

The stupidity stems from Taitz's case alleging President Barack Obama is using someone else's Social Security number (no doubt part of his debt-ceiling-busting scheme to bring down the whole system!).

Taitz has drawn Lamberth's wrath for failing to adhere to the court's order that she only include in her funny papers that last four digits of the Social Security number, as opposed to the whole thing. Despite repeated warnings, Taitz ain't getting it (which, as many have claimed, may be the crux of her obsession).

When Taitz admitted to making the error once but blaming subsequent fuck-ups on the court clerk, Lamberth shot back, “After making the somewhat hysterical claim in her motion for
reconsideration that there may be 'an employee in this court, who is
intentionally sabotaging' her, plaintiff engaged the Court's Courtroom
Deputy Clerk in a lengthy, accusatory conversation. There is no logical explanation she can provide as to
why she is now wasting the Court's time, as well as staff's time, with
these improper redactions.”

Maybe Lamberth is the crazy one for expecting logic from Orly. Because, as Marty Wisckol notes in the Orange County Register, Taitz has compiled something of a fuming federal judge list that includes:

  • Clay D. Land, who wrote that a Taitz filing was
“breathtaking in its arrogance and borders on delusional. She expresses
no contrition or regret regarding her misconduct. To the contrary, she
    continues her baseless attacks on the Court….” Land sanctioned her $20,000 for misconduct, a sum collected last month after a lien was put on her house;

  • David O. Carter, who in rejecting her Obama birthplace case in 2009 wrote, “Plaintiffs' request, asking this Court to sweep away the votes of over 69 million Americans with the stroke of a pen and order a new
election during which the country would be in a state of turmoil,
ignores the Constitution's processes and separation of powers that were
    developed by the founders”;

  • Andrew Guilford, who, as the original post indicates, Taitz accuses of being part of a bizarre conspiracy with other birther lawyers trying to shut down her Social Security case.

Keep going, Orly; five more and you can field a judicial softball team.

ORIGINAL POST, JULY 15, 3:15 P.M.: Orly Taitz has, of course, taken on President of the United States of America Barack Hussein Obama, former foe for the GOP nomination for California Secretary of State Damon Dunn and even folks who are not African-American.

But
now, the Queen of the Birthers is squaring off against other
birthers–and asking the media and still other birthers to help her.

See if you can make it through the opening of this post on the Laguna Niguel dentist/lawyer/real-estate saleswoman's website without pausing for a breath:

I need as many media outlets as possible covering, what is going on
in the courtroom of judge Andrew Guilford
, Central District of CA, Santa
Ana (same district, where judge Carter is working), where I,
investigator Sankey, database companies Choice Point, Lexis Nexis,
Intelius (all the companies, that supplied me with Obama's social
security numbers) and even Oracle are being harassed with a bogus law
suit  brought by
Philip Berg and his local CA counsel Gary Kreep, (both
of whom claim to be on our side) whose lead plaintiff is
Lisa Rene
Richardson Liberi
, convicted in 2008 in CA of 10 felony counts of
forgery and grand theft.

Gotcha.

Taitz goes on to lay out a conspiracy involving the filing of suit accusing her of libel, defamation and assault that, she says, includes Berg's assistant Liberi trying to pass herself off as another person and Liberi's fears that Orly will hire a hit man to kill Berg and kidnap the children of former web
master Lisa Ostella for replacing the PayPal account on Tatiz's account with her own.

Um . . . wow!

“Now, instead of working on removing usurper Obama from
office, I need to waste an enormous amount of time dealing with a new
avalanche of garbage,” Taitz tsk-tsks.

As she fights this in Guilford's court, she has asked her supporters to contact U.S. Reps. Darrell Issa (R-Vista) and Lamar Smith (R-Texas) of the House Committee on the
Judiciary to include her plight in their investigation of Obama's Department of Justice.

She also wants her birther pals to contact the district attorney in Philadelphia, the attorney general in Pennsylvania, the Inspector
General of DoJ and others to “demand answers as to why clear evidence of obstruction of justice,
spoliation of evidence, tampering with evidence [and] fraud on the court [were]
committed by the employees of the court and officers of the court.”

Her plea was quickly answered by organizers of something known as The Birther Summit, “an event presently being planned for the voice of the people to be
united into a single unavoidable chorus requiring our officials to do
the jobs for which they were elected, and fully investigate Barack
Obama's eligibility, based upon the sparse documentation he has
provided.” It's set for March 28-30, 2012, in Washington, D.C.

Taitz's site includes a “Birther Summit Statement on Unity and Support” that includes the following:

[W]e proclaim
our unequivocal support for the efforts of Orly Taitz, Esq. While
individuals are entitled to their personal opinions about anybody, we,
as a movement, recognize Orly Taitz as an American patriot who continues
to fight tirelessly for the cause of justice, and for that, we offer
her not only our support, but also our undying gratitude.

Moreover, we are aware of certain lawyers who, for purposes of
financial gain, or motivations of self promotion, have filed various
legal actions against Dr. Taitz, and the Birther Summit categorically
condemns those actions. Regardless of past involvement to promote the
eligibility movement, those individuals, through their present
litigation against Dr. Taitz, are not only a detriment to our cause, but
also to the public perception of our cause.

As Taitz seeks media attention to what's going on in Guilford's Santa Ana courtroom, she's releasing the hounds on the media attention she received Wednesday from Ed Brayton, a journalist, commentator and speaker who co-founded and is president of Michigan Citizens for Science, a contributor to The Bard, Skeptic and Reports
of the National Center for Science Education
and a fellow with the Center for
Independent Media and a participant in the Center for Independent Media New
Journalism Program.

On his Dispatches from the Culture Wars blog, Brayton posted “Tea Party Nation Goes Full Birther” that accuses Tea Party Nation founder Judson Phillips with buying what Tatiz is selling when it comes to Obama's presidential eligibility.

The last line, after Phillips is quoted as saying Taitz needs to be considered one of the nation's greatest lawyers if she wins her so-far tossed or ignored cases against Obama, has Brayton writing, “The day that Orly Taitz is considered one of the great lawyers of
this country is the day that Sirhan Sirhan wins the Congressional Medal
of Honor.”

That was enough to set off Orly, who called on her minions to make Brayton's life hell.
