UPDATE, JUNE 23, 12:39 P.M.: Sheriff's officials indicated they would seek a second murder complaint against Justin Alvin Masao Tombleson given the June 16 death of Bajador Hossain Saidian*, and prosecutors confirmed this morning that those charges were filed.
Tombleson, 28, of Lake Forest, is now accused of the stabbing-murders of Saidian and Elvis Kechechian, who died in a melee outside Albatros Mexican Food restaurant in Lake Forest early morning hours of June 11.

The amended complaint formally charges the defendant with two felony counts of murder and sentencing enhancements for the personal use of a deadly weapon, causing great bodily injury, and a prior strike conviction for assault causing great bodily injury in 2005.
If convicted, Tombleson faces a maximum sentence ranging from 15 years to life up to 70 years to life in state prison.
He's due to appear at a pre-trial hearing in Santa Ana on June 27.

ORIGINAL POST, JUNE 21, 11:11 A.M.: Hossain Saidian died Thursday from the injuries he suffered after being stabbed alongside the late Elvis Kechechian at Albatros Mexican Food restaurant in Lake Forest early June 11.
Sheriff's investigators are now building a double homicide case against Justin Alvin Tombleson, the 28-year-old Lake Forest man accused of stabbing Kechechian in the chest and Saidian in the chest and arm.
At Tombleson's arraignment for Kechechian's murder, he pleaded not guilty and is currently being held in lieu of $1 million bail. Tombleson's attorney has said the stabbings were done in self defense. His client could get 60 years to life in state prison with a conviction.
Kechechian, who was laid to rest Saturday, was a popular personal trainer in South County and the strength and conditioning coach for Santa Margarita Catholic High School's ice hockey team. A beef in the restaurant line involving Kechechian and Tombleson's girlfriend preceded the stabbings in the parking lot.
