Orlando Bruce Bosley is a bad cabbie, say prosecutors.

The current case could fetch Bosley eight years in state prison if he is convicted. According to the OCDA:

Late on the night of July 6, 2010, 45-year-old Jane Doe called “A White
& Yellow Cab Inc.” for a ride after having drinks in Sunset Beach.
Bosley is accused of picking up the intoxicated victim in his cab and
driving her to her mother's Seal Beach home, where she was staying while
her mother was out of town.

When Jane Doe looked down into her purse for cab fare, Bosley is accused
of punching the victim in the face and rendering her temporarily
unconscious. The defendant is accused of taking Jane Doe to her home and
raping her inside the house as she went in and out of consciousness.

One hopes the woman did not pay her cab fare.
