UPDATE: The county has updated the warning on the next page, adding PCH is closed to southbound traffic between Warner Avenue and Seapoint, and the Orange County Sheriff's Department is investigating property damage in Emerald Bay.
The County Emergency Operations Center says to prepare for the worst of this week's storms and to call its hotline with any questions.
