Two Major Players From The O.C. Reunite

Remember way back before The Real Housewives of Orange County and Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, when The O.C. was the only fictional television series about life in Orange County? Two major creative forces from the Fox nighttime soaper are reuniting for a new TV show.

Josh Schwartz, who created The O.C. before moving on to Chuck and Gossip Girl, is re-teaming with Rachel Bilson, who was Summer on The O.C., for the hour-long romantic comedy Ghost Angeles, which will have the actress conversing with the dead.

The Los Angeles Times has the scoop.

The as-yet-unwritten project scared up a pilot production deal with NBC. No air date has been announced. Wonder if anyone will mutter, “This is how we spook you in the O.C. . . . bitch!
