Though Tully James Wilkinson wasn't one of our favorite performers at this year's OC Music Awards, he's a competent folk musician with a fantastic backing band. His gritty voice and melodies are reminiscent of indie troubadour Elvis Perkins. Dylan fans rejoice, Wilkinson usually throws at least one Bawb cover into his set.
