T.S.O.L.'s Jack Grisham to Get HB Arts Council Award


Jack Grisham, T.S.O.L.'s vocalist, is set to receive the Distinguished Performing Artist Award from the city of Huntington Beach Arts Council tomorrow.

Aside from T.S.O.L, Grisham also performed with the Joykiller, Tender Fury and Jack Grisham and the West Coast Dukes.

On his site, Grisham describes himself as an author, musician and clinical hypnotherapits, but he's also appeared as himself in the movies American Hardcore and
the Geza X film Rage: 20 Years of Punk Rock West Coast Style.

Grisham was also a gubernatorial candidate in the 2004 recall election. On May 1, 2011, ECW press is releasing Jack Grisham's first book, a memoir called An American Demon. The award ceremony is set for Thursday, Oct. 14 at
the Huntington Beach Art Center.
