Veterans Appreciation Day, 12 p.m.
Veterans, active duty service members, students, faculty, staff, administrators, and all members of the community are invited to attend Veterans Appreciation Day at Saddleback College in room 212 of the Student Services Center. The event will feature speakers who served during World War II, the Vietnam War, the Persian Gulf War, and the Iraq War. A panel of Saddleback College counselors and staff members will offer information on college services for veterans, and a film about World War I by Clark Jarrett, Saddleback College’s Alumnus of the Year, will be presented. Lunch will be provided and is free of charge.
