“Bad Boy of Huntington Beach” Tito Ortiz scored two big wins last Thursday, being cleared to return to mixed martial arts (MMA) fighting and getting complete custody of his twin boys.

Fightline reports Ortiz's doctor cleared the UFC Hall of Famer to return to the octagon after the brawler suffered a neck injury that had him pulling out of a scheduled Bellator match last November with Irvine's Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.
“News gets better and better,” Ortiz posted on Twitter. “Guess who's cleared to fight? Me that's who! I'm back. Time to train.”
His longest battle has been in family court with XXX baby mama Jenna Jameson, who has waged a public campaign to get more alone time with the twins. But Ortiz tweeted that Jameson was a “no show again” for the latest custody hearing.
“I'm very thankful,” he posted. “I was awarded everything. I hope she gets help and does what the judge demands her to do. Now time to live life.”
